Stepping Stones Preschool welcomed a special guest back to the classroom this week when Nate Fleischman, a fourth grader at Long Lots Elementary School, returned to visit Ms. Mary’s class. Nate, a proud Stepping Stones alum, came to read a favorite story to the preschoolers, bringing his parents along to share in the moment.
During his visit, Nate answered many questions from the curious young students and talked about what life is like as a fourth grader. Ms. Mary also surprised the class by showing pictures of Nate from his own preschool days, sparking smiles and laughter from everyone. Nate loved seeing his younger self!
“Watching former students return to Stepping Stones is such a joy,” said Megan Clarke, Director of Stepping Stones Preschool. “It gives our youngest learners a glimpse of all they’ll accomplish as they grow, and it’s heartwarming to see how connected our alumni still feel to their early learning experiences.”
